A crop is revived after many years at Antonopoulos Farms and produces fertilizer-free seeds that are high in fiber and protein. The seeds are ground in a stone mill and the Zea flour is born with all its nutrients intact.

Zea or two-grain wheat is thought to have been the main ingredient in the bread eaten by the ancient Greeks.

Whole grain flour from two-grain wheat 44%, water, natural sourdough 9,3% (two-grain wheat flour, water, yeast), yeast, concentrated grape juice, vegetable oil: rapeseed oil, salt, vinegar, honey, mixed spices (rye bran, cumin, coriander, aniseed), coating: two-grain wheat flakes.
