Multigrain sliced bread with wheat flour and wholemeal rye flour. Pasteurised. NO ADDITIVES. NO PRESERVATIVES.
Ingredients: Wheat flour 35%, water, natural sourdough 18% (wheat flour 50%, water, yeast), mix 11,2% cereal seeds (oat, rye, barley, wheat, dicoccum wheat) and seeds (sunflower seed 2,5%, flaxseed 2,3%, millet seed), wholemeal rye flour (10,3%), natural rye sourdough 5% (wholemeal rye flour 60%, water, yeast), yeast, sugar beet syrup, vegetable oil: rapeseed oil, salt, barley malt, rye sourdough (water, wholemeal rye flour, rye malt, yeast), vinegar, spice mix (rye bran, caraway, coriander, fennel, anis), topping: mix cereal seeds (oat, rye, barley, wheat, dicoccum wheat) and seeds (sunflower seed, flaxseed, millet seed).
