2 slices of bread cut into small cubes
4 Firiki apples
2 tbsp walnuts coarsely chopped
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
50 g butter

Execution
- Remove the seeds from the Firiki apples with a special tool or a knife, taking care not to pierce their base
- In a bowl, combine the bread cubes, walnuts, ginger, cinnamon and sugar.
- Stuff the Firiki apples with the bread mixture and top with a dollop of butter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for approximately 15 minutes until the apples are soft. Serve with honey and extra walnuts
