Wheat flour (22%), natural sourdough 22% (water, wheat flour, yeast), whole wheat flour (17%), water, long fermented wheat sourdough 9% (water, wheat flour, yeast), multigrain blend 4.5% (wheat, barley, oats), sunflower seed (3.5%), yeast, sugar, flaxseed (2.7%), vegetable oil: rapeseed oil, salt, vinegar.
