5 tbsp. Katiki cheese
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh herbs
1 small boiled beetroot cut into thin slices
A handful of baby spinach
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt
A pinch of chili powder

Execution

  • Αλείφουμε το κατίκι μυρωδικών στο ψωμί
  • Προσθέτουμε τις ροδέλες παντζαριου
  • βάζουμε τα φύλλα baby σπανάκι και «ραντίζουμε» με λίγο ελαιόλαδο.
  • Σερβίρουμε και απολαμβάνουμε!
