Execution
- Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin until they are thin. Then join them two by two, so that they are touching by at least 10 cm, using the rolling pin to press them together where they join in order to make them stick together. Then join these two together with the next two etc. until a single wide strip is formed and the first "log" of 16 slices is formed.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining 8 slices for the second smaller "log"
- Spread praline everywhere on both "logs" and roll firmly lengthwise. Wrap each separately in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the plastic wrap from the "logs" and join them together by placing the smaller one alongside the larger one on a platter.
- Use a knife or spatula to spread praline all over the surface, creating a rough texture as if it were a single piece of wood with its branch.
- Garnish with sprinkles and sprigs of rosemary.
