Ingredients

1 burger bun
1 large breaded chicken filet
1 large slice of tomato
2 slices onion
1 leaf Lolo lettuce
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp shredded cabbage
1 tbs shredded carrot
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Execution

  1. Grill the chicken in a non-stick pan with a small amount of olive oil
  2. In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the carrot, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper
  3. Prepare the burger by putting the mustard, Lolo lettuce, chicken, tomato, onion and coleslaw on the bottom half of the bun.
  4. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on the top half of the bun and cover the burger.
