1 burger bun
1 large breaded chicken filet
1 large slice of tomato
2 slices onion
1 leaf Lolo lettuce
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp shredded cabbage
1 tbs shredded carrot

Execution
- Grill the chicken in a non-stick pan with a small amount of olive oil
- In a bowl, mix the cabbage with the carrot, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper
- Prepare the burger by putting the mustard, Lolo lettuce, chicken, tomato, onion and coleslaw on the bottom half of the bun.
- Spread the remaining mayonnaise on the top half of the bun and cover the burger.
