- In a bowl, mix the various cheese, feta cheese, egg, pepper and salt
- Place one piece of pita bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a small amount of olive oil
- Spread the filling everywhere and cover with the second piece of pita bread. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for approximately 15-20 minutes until the pie is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
