Peinirli

2 peinirli
2 eggs
4 small white mushrooms, sliced
6 tbsp cream
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Execution
- In a bowl, mix the cream with the mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper
- Fill the two peinirli and bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 10’
- Remove from the oven and crack an egg in the center of each peinirli (if you prefer, remove some of the egg white before adding it to the peinirli) and add a pinch of salt and pepper
- Continue baking for another 5 minutes until the egg is done and serve.
