4 slices of bread
3-4 small tomatoes sliced
2 zucchini sliced
2 small potatoes sliced
1 clove of garlic mashed
1 onion finely chopped
200 g tomato juice
Olive oil
Oregano
Salt
Pepper

Execution

  1. On a baking sheet, spread all the vegetable slices and drizzle with plenty of olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and mix with your hands carefully so as not to mash the tomatoes
  2. Cut the bread into quarters and drizzle with a bit of olive oil
  3. In a tart pan or round baking dish, add the tomato juice to the base with the onion, a little olive oil, some fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Mix
  4. Place the ingredients on top of the sauce in the following order, forming a spiral: bread-potato-tomato-zucchini until all ingredients are used.
  5. Drizzle with plenty of olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 35'. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
