Ingredients

250 g sour frumenty
1 tsp tomato paste
½ tsp turmeric
Olive oil
2-3 rusks to serve
feta cheese to serve
chili powder to serve

Execution

  1. In a pot, boil 1.5 liters of water
  2. Add the tomato paste, frumenty, olive oil, turmeric, salt and pepper and mix.
  3. Allow the frumenty to boil for approximately 15-20 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve hot with crushed rusks, feta cheese and chili powder
