Execution

  1. Mash the tomatoes in a food processor and add to a pan with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Let them boil until all liquid evaporates
  2. Add the eggs and mix until they are combined with the tomatoes and cooked
  3. Serve on toasted slices of bread and add a spoonful of Katiki cheese, a bit of arugula and pepper
