Execution
- Mash the tomatoes in a food processor and add to a pan with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Let them boil until all liquid evaporates
- Add the eggs and mix until they are combined with the tomatoes and cooked
- Serve on toasted slices of bread and add a spoonful of Katiki cheese, a bit of arugula and pepper
