Wheat sourdough 73,7% (wheat flour 57%, water, rye flour, yeast), wheat flour 24%, whole meal rye flour, olive oil (2,6%), yeast, sugar beet syrup, salt, rye sourdough, flours treatment agent: ascorbic acid. Topping: wheat flour.
