Durum wheat sourdough 42% (durum wheat flour 65%, water, wheat flour, rye flour, yeast, salt), natural wheat sourdough 25,6% (wheat flour, water, yeast), durum wheat flour 22%, water, maize flour, sugar beet syrup, olive oil (3,2%), yeast, barley malt, wheat gluten, salt, emulsifier: Ε472e, fava flour, flours treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
Topping: wheat flour, semolina.
