Inspired by the depths of our history, it is a unique sourdough bread with "Zeas" flour, which combines quality raw materials and the know-how of Karamolegos, so that you can fully enjoy the taste of the past. The "Zea" flour is milled in the stone mill of Antonopoulos Farm.

First-mentioned in Homer’s Odyssey, Zea's sourdough-rich bread is inspired by the depths of Greek history!

Stone mill wholemeal dicoccum DILOFOS wheat flour (31%), natural sourdough 27% (stone mill wholemeal dicoccum DILOFOS wheat flour 74%, water, wholemeal wheat flour, yogurt, yeast), natural wheat sourdough 25% (wheat flour 50%, water, yeast), molasses, water, olive oil (1,9%), wheat gluten, yeast, salt, rye flour, rye malt, spice mix (rye bran, caraway, coriander, anis), flours treatment agent: ascorbic acid. Topping: wheat flour.
