The rich in sourdough Prozymo Santorinio is inspired by an old family recipe of Thera!

Whole meal durum wheat flour (31%), whole meal durum wheat sourdough 30,5% (whole meal durum wheat flour 62%, water, rye flour, rye malt, yeast, salt), natural wheat sourdough 25% (wheat flour, water, yeast), sugar beet syrup, olive oil (3,1%), wheat gluten, yeast, water, rye flour, rye malt, salt, flours treatment agent: ascorbic acid. Topping: wheat flour.
